This wine has a lovely and intense ruby red colour with an inviting bouquet of prunes, chocolate and cherries.
On the palate it is soft and rounded with a long, lingering finish.
Serve at 16° – 18° steaks, stews or ribs.

The grapes are hand harvested and dried for as long as 120 days to give 40% less liquid. These are then slow pressed.
The grapes are then slowly fermented over a period of 30 – 35 days.
