This Chenin Blanc is produced by the Bergsig Estate in South Africa.
It is a dry, full-bodied crisp wine with a tang of guava fruit, soft honey overtones and a lasting finish
Serve at 8° – 10° with white fish, light chicken dishes and summer salads.
The Bergsig Estate is in the Breedkloof area of Breede River Valley about 110 km from Cape Town. This is where the Drakenstein and Hex River Mountains meet, so the farm was named “Bergsig”, meaning “mountain view”.
