This exciting new import from the Bostavan winery is a full bodied red wine but made in the same method as champagne.
The full fruit flavours coming from the blend of Merlot; Cabernet Sauvignon and Feteasca Neagra explode on the palate but the sweetness softens it and give a good long finish.
The fine bubbles dance in the glass, and the DOR foam shows colour and is excellent as something different for celebrations.
Serve at 10° – 12° with good beef dishes and succulent steaks.
