Tamaioasa Romaneasca is an unusual Romanian grape variety that has a unique personality.
Fermentation takes place at low temperatures (10-14˚C) to preserve the fresh and intense flavours of the wine.
Straw yellow colour, strong aromas of jasmine, elderflower and pear. With a good balance of fruit and floral aromas, good acidity and a pleasant, slight sweetness, impresses both amateurs and professionals with its complexity. It evolves with intense floral aromas in the aftertaste.
Serve at 10 – 12°C and with fruit-based desserts, cheese or chocolate.
