Gold straw in colour with aromas of tropical fruits. A well balanced wine with nice taste of pineapple and just a hint of vanilla in the aftertaste.
Only the free run juice is used to make this wine.
The wine is fermented at 12 to 14°C for up to 3 weeks. Part of the Chardonnay is fermented in American and French oak barrels for 3 to 6 months before being blended together with the rest.
