This Vinho Verde is made from the premium grape Alvarinho. It is a dry wine with tropical fruit, complexity and power.
A slightly higher alcohol content helps balance its zesty acidity and green apple flavours. It has the power to balance strong food and make fresh seafood explode with flavour.
Serve at 10 – 12°C as an aperitif, or with fish and chips, seafood, oily fish, roast pork and Japanese yakatori.
