A fresh nose identify plenty of red berries and unripe cherries with spicy nuances. You will get to know a wine with structure, body and complexity where balanced tannins give a yet smooth, smoky, peppery touch.
Serve at 16 – 18°C with rich casseroles, wild boar saucisson and game dishes.
