Tibaani is a micro zone in the region of Kakheti, Georgia.
This Rkatsitelli grape wine is fermented in Qvevri which are large earthenware vessels They look like amphora but without handles.
Left on the skins until February – March the wine is a golden colour with an aroma of sugared hazlenuts and dried apple. With a blend of strength and elegance this is a classic specimen of tannin rich wine from Kakheti.
Serve at 12° – 14°
